To meet Hyperice’s ambitious global expansion goals, we knew a standard approach would not suffice. Instead, we engineered a tailored, multi-layered workflow designed to address both the scale and technical intricacies of their projects. From the outset, we recognized that Hyperice’s highly detailed product documentation spanning 37 languages and including complex instructions and regulatory information demanded more than just translation. It required a robust process that could guarantee consistency, technical precision, and rapid turnaround, even for languages with unique desktop publishing (DTP) challenges like Thai and Japanese.

Our solution began with the formation of a dedicated project team, including two experienced project managers, a core group of linguists specializing in wellness technology, and a technical DTP unit. We mapped out a workflow that allowed for simultaneous translation and DTP processes, supported by advanced project management tools that provided real-time visibility into project status and allowed us to dynamically allocate resources as priorities shifted. This parallel processing approach significantly reduced lead times without compromising quality.
